Understand every company's value-add process. Learners use that knowledge to help customers cut costs and expenses in every area of the business. They have a hands-on experience of where a company is spending too much money and exactly what levers to pull to turn it around.
Financial analysis, decision-making and action taking.

In the second half of the course,  participants move from financial understanding to learning and practicing the skills of financial analysis, decision making and action taking. In this segment learners become  financially confident. They can begin to analyze and have informed opinions on the financial impact of their products and services  on their customer’s bottom lines, drivers and key measures
Applying What You Learned

Because our goal is long-term retentionand practical usage, follow through is an important part of the retention equation. After completing the course, participants receive their own personal version of a tool they can use for the rest of their careers (and even to become better investors): The Automated Financial Analyzer.
