Selling at the C-Level works best when it is part of a process, not just an event. Over the past 13 years, our team has discovered that every successful delivery has the same six steps.
The six steps provide the mandate, motivation, formal learning and follow through needed for success and a great ROI. 

The steps work in synergy to create successful learning, permanent retention and practical, measurable results. The steps in the custom-built version of the program (steps in the single seat version non-customized) are:

Pre-learning fires up the participants "learning neurons" to create personal meaning, permanent retention and high engagement for participants.  The program includes enrollment in a 8 or 9 week, once a week, email helper program, senior management support, and a commitment to complete from each participant.

Assessment sets a financial literacy baseline for each learner and helps make the initiative more engaging and meaningful.

Real life experience  Every participant uses a Program Participant Guide to apply their learning to making more and bigger sales with current and potential customers.

Accelerated program learning has a bias for Action. The formal learning at the core of Selling at the C-Level is an elegant example of self-paced, self-directed e-Learning with a focus on practical action. See Program Content Tab

Monitoring and Mentoring Each participant's progress in the customized version of the program is monitored to ensure completion.  Every salesperson also joins a mentoring group with an internal mentor or with one of our resident experts.

Sustainability/Follow through  To ensure that program participants and their companies get a practical return, every student receives a powerful "Strategy Preparation Guide/Brainstorming" tool to get ready to "Wow!" their customers' senior decision makers.
